Overview
ActiveN is 20% nitrogen in true liquid form (not slurry, not suspension), applied as a foliar spray. Its efficient and clean application provides easy uptake by the plant while supporting plant health and beneficial leaf surface biology.
How does ActiveN help increase plant growth?
· ActiveN’s special blend of urea, ammonia and nitrate is optimised with the addition of calcium, carbon, trace elements, amino acids and plant extracts.
· The trace elements enhance the efficiency of nitrogen applied in the plant, stimulating nitrogen fixing bacteria in the leaf. This is particularly important at post harvest timing in deciduous crops where leaf senescence occurs and the nitrogen fixing activity is less than when the leaf is in its growth stage.
How does ActiveN support plant health?
· AcitveN combines nitrogen with carbon providing a food source for beneficial leaf biology.
The carbon chelates nutrients on the leaf surface and acts as a penetrant carrying the nitrogen applied into the plant even more effectively than just nitrogen on its own, meaning less nitrogen is being applied but with more efficiency. |
